šŸ› ļø Key Responsibilities (The Tasks)
Hard Surface Asset Production: Build high-fidelity 3D models of consumer products and hardware, focusing on clean topology and realistic mechanical details for digital storefronts.
VTO Pipeline Support: Prepare and optimize 3D assets for Virtual Try-On (AR) applications, ensuring they are light enough for web/mobile performance while maintaining high visual quality.
PBR Texturing & Shading: Create physically accurate materials (metal, glass, leather, or matte plastics) to ensure products look photorealistic in interactive previews.
Commercial Rendering: Set up studio-quality lighting and camera angles to produce professional product renders and 360-degree turnaround animations for client proposals.
šŸš€ Technical Skills & Tools
Core Software: Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
Texturing: Experience with Substance 3D Painter or equivalent PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows.
Web/AR Readiness: Knowledge of glTF/GLB formats and texture compression for mobile-first digital experiences.
Product Focus: A strong eye for industrial design, proportions, and how real-world objects are constructed.
