Job Summary:
The ECE / ECT OJT Trainee will assist the engineering team in telecommunications and electronic system operations. This role provides hands-on training in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic and communication equipment, preparing the trainee for a professional engineering or technical role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist engineers and technicians in installation and configuration of communication systems, including fiber optics, RF systems, antennas, routers, and switches.
Participate in site surveys and system assessments.
Help perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system issues under supervision.
Monitor and test network and equipment performance.
Document tasks, observations, and maintenance reports.
Learn and adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Support project teams in system implementation and upgrades.
